Seashell Bridal Shower Cake

This cake was made for a co-workers bridal shower. She was getting married on the beach, so a beach theme was requested. I made the shells from white chocolate and then dusted them with luster dust to give them a pearl like sheen. The "sand" was raw sugar. The coral pieces are also white chocolate that I piped onto waxed paper and then sat up behind the shells.
