This "Finding Nemo" cake was my very first "decorated" cake, the ONE that started it all! The sign and coral are all made from fondant. The Nemo characters are figures that I purchased from ebay and the seaweed is buttercream. All in all I was very pleased with my first effort and I think it was a very sweet cake (in every sense of the word).

Just wondering, what did you use for the sea bed? (I mean the stuff that looks a bit like sawdust)
Awesome cake!
The sea bed is just light brown sugar.
