This cake was made for Holden's birthday. His dad is in the logging business, so it was very fitting. The cake is completely covered in chocolate buttercream. The axe is made from fondant/gumpaste and I used silver luster dust on the axe head to make it look metallic.

Hy! Can I have a question please? How long did you drying the fondan axe head? I will be very glad for the answer because I have got a work (I have to make Gimli's axe ) and I worry about the drying. Plese write me :)
