This was a Mother's Day cake for a mom that LOVED Diet Coke. The "Coke" is poured sugar. This was my first foray into using poured sugar with cakes. My friend Sherry tells me that she loves the cake but that it should have been Sun Drop instead for it to be perfect. I have to say I agree, but the Coke was pretty cool too!
