I have to say I'm very proud of my cake assistant. For her 10th birthday, she came up with the design and colors for her cake. I iced the cake for her, but she decided the on the colors for the white chocolate, tie dye peace signs and she did all the placement! Thank goodness she was so good at this, because I was recovering from a stomach flu when we were doing this cake, I felt so yucky that I forgot all about taking pictures until after we cut the first piece!!
